Is this a fund?

No we are a collective of angel investors who will each be investing on an individual basis.
Are there fees involved?

There are no brokerage or membership fees involved for startups and investors. This is a community ecosystem project led by people who are keen on strengthening the early-stage ecosystem by empowering founders with Fintech Angel Operators.

Each angel investor in our network brings to the table a specific skillset -- such as hiring, building a technical stack or fundraising -- from a fintech vertical they have operated in. I'm a founder. What happens after I connect with the Fintech Angel Operators?

If you haven't already, get in touch with Chia (jengyang.chia@gmail.com) and Keng (me@keng.me) to sound out your interest. We will gather a number of Fintech Angel Operators within the ecosystem that fit your criteria, who are keen to chat with you, and put them in the same room as you for a due diligence call. If there is syndicate interest, we help the Founders explore various investment mechanisms - SPVs, AL Syndicate, Direct-on-Cap Table investments. There are no fees involved. This is a community ecosystem project led by people who are keen on strengthening the early-stage ecosystem by empowering founders with Fintech Angel Operators.
How do I know if my fintech startup is of interest?

Not at all! We aim to help local and global founders build the best fintechs in Southeast Asia.
