Vinay Palathinkal

Vinay is Regional Head of Wise for Banks (formerly TransferWise), a world leader in moving money across borders. Vinay acts as Wise's representative for bank partnerships in APAC. Previously, Vinay was Director, USA, at Arcus, a YC and Andreesen backed infrastructure fintech based in NYC, focused on Latin America and USA.

Rachael is a strategic communications consultant who founded Redefy to help growing companies build their reputation and credibility. She has a background in media and stakeholder relations and specialises in working with startup and venture firms operating in Southeast Asia.
